The eight areas

A few words on each. Tap through for the local page.

Mississauga

Grooming in Mississauga

Mississauga is one of our busiest areas, and one of the easiest for the van. Most streets have a driveway or room at the curb, so we park right by your door.

Port Credit, Streetsville, Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Cooksville: we are somewhere in the city most days of the week.

  • Erin Mills
  • Meadowvale

Brampton

Grooming in Brampton

Brampton is big, and we cover it end to end. Heart Lake, Springdale, Castlemore, Mount Pleasant, Bramalea: wide streets and driveways make it easy for the van to park by your door.

Snowy days are fine. The van is heated, and so is the water.

  • Heart Lake
  • Springdale
  • Castlemore
  • Mount Pleasant
  • Bramalea

Etobicoke

Grooming in Etobicoke

Etobicoke is our east edge, from the Lakeshore up to Rexdale. On quiet streets we park in your driveway.

Near the busier avenues and in condo areas, tell us where the van can stop when you book, and we plan around it.

  • The Kingsway
  • Mimico
  • Long Branch
  • Islington
  • Humber Bay

Oakville

Grooming in Oakville

Oakville is home base. Our vans park, fill, and roll out from here every morning, so it is the shortest drive we make.

Bronte, Glen Abbey, River Oaks, Old Oakville, Joshua Creek: if you can see the lake or the QEW, we are close.

  • Bronte
  • Glen Abbey
  • River Oaks
  • Old Oakville
  • Joshua Creek

Burlington

Grooming in Burlington

Burlington is core Dogtor Wash country, from Aldershot to Alton Village and down to the waterfront. Driveways are the norm here, so the van sits right beside your house.

Winter or summer, the inside of the van feels the same.

  • Aldershot
  • Alton Village
  • Millcroft
  • Tyandaga
  • Roseland

Milton

Grooming in Milton

Milton keeps growing, and so do our visits there. Newer streets can be tight, so if the driveway is short, we park at the curb by your door.

Tell us when you book and we will find the spot together.

About our service area

GTA West is the strip of Ontario along the west shore of Lake Ontario. It runs from Etobicoke at the Toronto edge, through Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington, to Hamilton.

North of the lake it takes in Brampton, Milton, and the towns of Halton Hills: Georgetown and Acton. The QEW, the 403, and the 401 tie it all together, and that is the road map our vans follow.

Our base is in Oakville. Every morning the vans park, fill up with water, and roll out from there. Each van works one area a day. That keeps the driving short and the day calm.

There is no fixed day for each city. The first booking anchors a van, and the rest of that day fills in the same area. The booking calendar always shows the days we can come to your address, 7 days a week, 9:00 to 6:30.

Depending on the area, a travel fee may apply. We tell you before we book, never after.

If you are just outside the eight areas, call us and we will tell you plainly if we can come.

Winter is fine. The van is heated, and so is the water, all year. Your dog goes from your door into a warm van and back again.

Snow days are fine too. Only if the roads are not safe do we call you and rebook.

The van needs one thing from you: a spot to park near your door. It brings its own water and power.

In driveway neighbourhoods we park right beside the house. On busier streets we use the curb. In a condo or apartment, tell us about your building when you book. A visitor spot or a loading area usually works. Where paid parking is the only option, a parking fee can apply.

Not sure if you are covered? Type your postal code into the check at the top of this page. If the first three characters are on our list, you are covered. The booking flow has the final say on the exact address.

Still not sure? Call us at 289-828-4183.

Let's hear that goodbye wag

One click away from the van.
